This year, we are delighted to announce that the keynote speakers will be Wendy Alexander, Vice Principal, International at the University of Dundee and Phil Baty , the Chief Global Affairs Officer Times Higher Education (THE) and the person who is directly responsible for the THE World University Rankings.
