COLFUTURO - Colombia
​COLFUTURO is Colombia’s First and most important sponsorship program. Its main objective is to provide Colombian students better study opportunities and enable them to contribute with their experiences of studying abroad to the economic and social development of Colombia. Since 1992, COLFUTURO has granted 13,000 scholarship-loans to Colombian students to pursue graduate programs in over 775 different higher education institutions all over the world. Through its Academic Advising Program, COLFUTURO assists students in choosing international programs that best suit their interests.

The Organization of American States (OAS) Rowe Fund
​Organization of American States
The Organization of American States (OAS) is an international organization comprising 34 independent states in the Americas that is dedicated to providing more rights for more people. The Rowe Fund program of the OAS grants interest-free student loans to Latin American and Caribbean citizens to help cover their last two years of undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate studies in the United States.

As part of its integral development agenda, the OAS also provides scholarship opportunities. Scholarship recipients are placed in accredited universities throughout the Americas that are willing to offer either tuition waiver, in-state tuition, or at least 50% of tuition discount.
